Even though these prophetic words go back several years, they are still for the most part current and words of great encouragement to the remnant (Joel 2:32).

SUNDAY, APRIL 6, 1975
DELIVERANCE EVANGELISTIC TEMPLE
JACKSONVILLE, NC
“I have found favor with you here in eastern North Carolina. I will personally visit you. There will be a revival greater than that of the great Wales Revival at the turn of the century (20th Century). There will be kings and leaders who will come from north and south and east and west to study the eastern North Carolina phenomenon.”
As Prince finished giving this prophecy that April morning in 1975, someone in the middle of the congregation of approximately 1,200 people stood up, holding his Bible in his hand and yelling, “I’ve got something, I’ve got something!” Loudly he began to read Zephaniah 2:6. “And the sea coast shall have dwellings. Cottages for shepherds and folds for flocks.”
Four months later, in August of 1975, the Onslow County Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship was holding a dinner meeting at King’s Restaurant on Gum Branch Road between Jacksonville and Richlands, North Carolina. Dr. Charles Woodhouse, MD was the guest speaker that night. After he was introduced he said, “I don’t know how to tell you this but I don’t have a thing to tell you tonight. I have been wrestling with the Lord for the last two weeks, asking him to give me what he wants me to tell you. He hasn’t given me a thing. This afternoon, as I was praying in my bedroom at the guesthouse where I am staying, I got angry with God for not giving me anything to say. I told him I was going to open my Bible and tell you whatever I opened to. As I opened my Bible, I opened to Zephaniah. I said, ‘Zephaniah, who is he? What did he ever do?’ I read through the first chapter and didn’t see anything. I started on the second chapter and there it was. Verse six, ‘And the sea coast shall have dwellings, cottages for shepherds and folds for flocks.’ Today, as I flew in over Emerald Isle on my way to land, I somehow felt that the Lord has found favor with you here in eastern North Carolina. That he is going to visit you.”
Many people in eastern North Carolina are aware of this prophecy. Some have a “wait and see” attitude about it. Others believe that God is calling out and raising up believers that will be instrumental in bringing this prophecy to pass.
The revival that Prince prophesied will be more that just another revival. Jesus is building his glorious Church that the gates of hell will not prevail against (Ephesians 5:25-27, Matthew 16:18). This prophecy was specifically for eastern North Carolina. While there will be specific areas where this revival will break out, it is going to be a worldwide move of God fulfilling Habakkuk 2:14. “For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.”

I am raising up teachers in this day to clarify certain revelation knowledge that has been taught for many decades.
In the past I raised up men and women to teach truth to generations that knew little of truth. I began to undo the darkness that came to fullness on the earth in the fourth century. The Emperor Constantine was an antichrist sent to silence the truth. He did his job well.
Know this: I have always had those that would receive my truth. History has recorded some of their names but many have been forgotten by history but not by me, says the Lord.
In recent times teachers brought a fresh word and demonstrated it with power. But even that power came in a limited measure because it came from a limited revelation.
Names have been given to these “moves of God” that were simply fresh revelation given to individuals that didn’t just teach the revelation but demonstrated it. You speak of the faith movement, the healing movement, the prosperity movement, the charismatic movement, the Jesus movement.
Today you talk of the “Kingdom” movement. You speak of revival.
But I tell you this: What I am doing in the earth today is not another movement or another revival. For you see, what I have been doing through all of these so-called movements and revivals is bringing my Kingdom on earth as it is in heaven. Little by little, line upon line, precept upon precept. (Isaiah 28:9-10)
Today I am raising up teachers that will take the revelation of the past and build upon it. Some are hearing me say things that they have heard no one else say. I am revealing deeper truth than ever before. Some of you are hearing things from the Spirit and you immediately say, “God, you must show me that in the Word. I can’t teach that unless you show me where it is in the Word so I can back it up with the Word. I assure you, every genuine revelation is in the Word and can be backed up by the Word. You are definitely right to confirm every revelation by the Word.
Some things I am saying to you, you will question. Stay with me. Seek it out in the Word. I will show you. I will teach you so that you can teach others.
Have I not said, “Nothing is secret that shall not be made manifest, neither is anything hid that shall not be known?” (Luke 8:17)
The raps are off the Book. Nothing is hidden that shall not be revealed. What you have known in part, you will know in full.
We have a job to do. We have a Church to build. It will not be as the Church of the past. It will not look like the Church of the past. It will be a glorious Church, without spot or wrinkle or any such thing, holy and without blemish. (Ephesians 5:27)
Some cannot hear this word. Some cannot receive it. But for those of you that can, for those of you that are overcomers, I will give to eat of the hidden manna, and I will give you a white stone, and in that stone a new name written, which only you will know. (Revelation 2:17)
I am raising up teachers in this day to clarify certain revelation knowledge that has been taught for many decades. Not to cancel out what has been taught but to clarify it, to build upon it, and to expose that which was not revelation but thoughts, ideas and excuses born in the flesh and not in the spirit.
Today I am raising up prophetic teachers, who will not only speak “thus saith the Lord” but who will teach how to walk in “thus saith the Lord”.
It is not a time to back up. It is not a time to stand still. The waiting is over. It is the time to move from “in part” to “fullness”.
Never before has there been a time like this. I am excited, says the Lord.
PROPHETIC DREAM: RECEIVED BY JIM BEHRINGER

Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.
Galatians 6:1
Jim Behringer is a stone mason, a businessman and a prophet of God. He is also a friend of mine. He lives near Raleigh, North Carolina in the United States. The following is a prophetic dream that Jim had:
In this dream Jim saw pastors, one at a time, standing behind a podium or in a pulpit in front of their congregations. Some of these pastors were going through severe trials and tests with no understanding of why. Some were receiving revelation from God that would take their congregations in new directions, other than the religious traditions and ideas they were used to. Their congregations were not being receptive and in many cases were coming against the pastors. Some of the pastors were even being questioned and attacked by their spouses and families.
These pastor’s lives had reached a point of desperation. They could no longer deal with the circumstances they found themselves in. In the dream, there was a large table to the left of the pulpit on the stage. Jim said he couldn’t see it in the dream but he knew it was there. On this table was a pile of firearms. Each pastor was exiting his pulpit to the left, going to the table, picking out a gun, putting it to his head and pulling the trigger.
Jim awoke from this dream very troubled and asked the Lord what it meant. He was told that these pastors were caught in the crosshairs of a separation that is in progress; a process of separating that which is of God from that which is not of God in individual lives and in churches. These pastors were totally unprepared for and unable to deal with the circumstances they found themselves in.
Then the Lord told Jim that he is raising up a remnant of tried and tested believers, to rescue these pastors from hurting or destroying themselves.
If you know you are a part of this remnant, you also need to know that you are very important to the Kingdom of God. You have a job to do and many lives depend on your doing that job. This is not a time to shrink back and it certainly is not the time to give up. We must persevere. We must finish the race.
Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.
Hebrews 12:1-3
It doesn’t matter who you are or what your background is. You may not think you qualify for the things God has and is calling you to do. It doesn’t matter. You probably don’t qualify. That’s a good thing. Your inadequacy will cause you to depend on and trust in God.
For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called: for God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty; and base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are: that no flesh should glory in his presence.
1 Corinthians 1:26-29
Two things that probably have more influence over the minds of people on this earth than anything else are government and religion. Government is humanism at its worst. It is people looking to people to solve the problems of the world. It is man centered. Religion is God centered to some degree but denies the power of God, so in reality religion tends to be man centered too.
So when God does something new in the earth, where does he go to find a person or people that he can count on to bring it to pass? Does he go a government or a religious system?
In Luke’s account of the gospel, the third chapter, we find the answer to these questions.
1. Now in the fifteenth year of the reign of Tiberius Caesar, Pontius Pilate being governor of Judaea, and Herod being tetrarch of Galilee, and his brother Philip tetrarch of Ituraea and of the region of Trachonitis and Lysanias the tetrarch of Abilene, 2. Annas and Caiaphas being the high priests, the Word of God came unto John the son of Zacharias in the wilderness.
Luke 3:1-2
Verse one names the political leaders of that day. Verse two names the religious leaders of that day. Did God ordain the political leaders or the religious leaders to announce the coming of Jesus? No. The end of verse two says, “The Word of God came to John, the son of Zacharias in the wilderness.”
John; a man poorly dressed and living on a diet of grasshoppers and honey, hanging out, not in a great metropolitan area or on a university campus, but in the wilderness.
Of John, Jesus said, “Truly I say to you, among those born of women, there has not risen a greater than John the Baptist.” (Matthew 11:11)
To many people, government is the central focus of their lives. To others religion is the central focus of their lives. God has a way of bypassing what people think is the center and creating a new center.
Mark 1:5 tells us that all in Judea and the citizens of Jerusalem went out into the wilderness to be baptized of John. I think it is significant that Jerusalem is mentioned here. The temple was in Jerusalem. Jerusalem was the religious center of Judaism. One might think God would have chosen Jerusalem as the place to announce the greatest event in all of history up until that time. But he didn’t. He chose the wilderness.
God has a history of choosing seemingly insignificant people to lead great moves of the Holy Spirit and even to impact society and nations. Often these people are found in insignificant places.
God has always had a remnant. Usually that remnant was outside the political arena and the religious system. Often they were persecuted by one or both. In reality, they were ahead of both, on the cutting edge of history. They were who they were and did what they did, not because they had the credentials or great intelligence, but because they were chosen by God and equipped by him.
The remnant that God spoke to Jim about concerning the prophetic dream he had is no different. We may not be the most educated, the most successful or the most qualified for the job; but if we will humbly submit ourselves to God’s call on our lives, he will equip and enable us to do great exploits that will advance the Kingdom of God on earth, bringing salvation to many.
I can do all things through Christ (the anointed one and his anointing) which strengtheneth me.

I am sending you forth as expressions of my love.
Into the darkness. Into the deep darkness of Planet Earth where many fear to go and some refuse to go. Fear not. Light overcomes darkness and you are of the Light if you abide and walk in the Light. I am the Light of the world. I dwell in you and if you abide in me the darkness cannot hurt you or overcome you. Darkness always flees from light. When you turn on a light switch the darkness always goes. The only way the darkness can return is when the light switch is turned off, when the light is removed. Everywhere you go, you will shine the light of my glory, if you abide in me continually. My light will manifest in you without measure and the world will know that I am God Almighty.
I am sending you forth as expressions of my love.
As sheep among wolves and lambs for the slaughter. But know this: I am with you. My protection is all around you. They cannot hurt you. They cannot harm you. You, who have died to self and are walking with me. Do not fear them. I am your shield and your buckler. If I am for you, who can be against you?
I am sending you forth as expressions of my love.
To those that don’t want to hear the truth. To those that want to go their own way. To those that hate and despise you. But know this: You must be a witness before them and to them. The very life you live will expose them for what they are. Some will fall down and repent but others will go to their destruction. I don’t desire that any perish. My love, the love that I am, dwells in you. You will go to great lengths as I send you, and all that will shall come into the Kingdom and find rest for their souls. Be not dismayed that some will continue to reject you but know that many will come. This is the hour of my visitation. This is the hour of my revelation. This is the hour when the sons of God have begun to manifest in the earth.
I am sending you forth as expressions of my love.
To those that are hungry. To those that desire the truth. To those that are seeking me, seeking my Kingdom, seeking my righteousness; and they are many. Many more than you know. I have prepared a people like none other in the history of the planet. The sons of God are coming into the time when I will manifest in and through them to a desperate world that has lost hope.
I am sending you forth as expressions of my love.
Apostles, prophets, evangelists, overseers and teachers operating in the gifts of the Holy Spirit, equipping all the saints for the work of the ministry, to be expressions of my love. This is not about you. It is all about me, for I am the way, the truth and the life. I am the door through which all must pass to enter into my rest, to find the peace that passes all understanding, to inherit eternity, to live forever.
I am sending you forth as expressions of my glory, of my goodness, of my mercy, of my grace, of my power, of my character, of my love.
Go!
Do not count the cost. Do not consider things suffered. Keep your eyes on me and listen only to me. A great harvest must be brought in before the end comes. We have a great job to do.
I have prepared you. I have positioned you. You will bear much fruit because I have declared it, I have decreed it. You will do great exploits and bring in a great harvest.
Listen to me. Obey me. I am sending you forth as expressions of my love.

I am calling you to a higher place. A higher place than you have walked before. A higher place than you have known before.
Your focus is not always my focus and your desires are not always my desires. The walk you are walking, the place I am taking you to, the circumstances you are going through are to aim your focus and to cause your desires to line up with my desires, to cause your desires to become one with my desires.
I am calling you to a higher place. A higher place than you have walked before. A higher place than you have known before.
I am calling you to greatness. I will not allow you to settle for the status quo. I will not allow you to settle for that which has been accepted for many years. I will not allow you to settle for that which is in part, when I desire to take you to fullness.
I am calling you to a higher place. A higher place than you have walked before. A higher place than you have known before.
I am calling you to perfected love. For the things you so often focus on and desire, the giftings and callings and ministries and power, are but expressions of my love. They are only the vehicle that carries my love. They are only the manifestation of my love.

Come up here. Come up here, says the Lord. Come and see as I see. Come and see what I see. (Revelation 4:1)
Some of you are seeing that this is a new day and that I am doing a new thing but you aren’t yet seeing it as I see it. You’ve had a glimpse and you’ve tasted that which is good but what you have tasted has turned bitter in your stomach. (Revelation 10:7-11)
There is much that you don’t yet understand. Much that you don’t yet know. Don’t try to make the new fit into the old. As new wine will burst old wineskins the new wine that I am pouring out will not, can not be contained by the old.
The enemy of your soul is waging a war of containment. He knows, he understands that unless he can contain you and hold you where you are, unless he can stop you in your tracks; he will see his demise. (Luke 10:17-24) (Matthew 24:27-37) (Mark 13:25-26) (Hebrew 12:1-3)

Dear Saints,
As the Spirit began giving me this word a little while ago, I thought it would be longer. But like many of the praise and worship choruses I write, it is short but complete.
I don’t usually give scripture references in prophecies but I have written this as the Spirit gave it to me. I encourage you to read these scripture references, re-read them and then read them several more times.
If you are like me, you have probably read these scriptures applying them to some future time and/or future events. Put that mindset aside and read them in light of where we are right now in the course of prophetic history. These words were not only for the apostle John or for some past or future generation. They are for us; the remnant, the firstfruits of the third day church (1 Peter 3:8) that is appearing on the horizon of time as we know it.
This new day that we are entering into, this new thing that is being prophesied, is more about being than about doing. It is more about who we are becoming than what we are doing. Of course, what we are becoming will in many ways determine what we do but if we allow our focus to get on the doing rather than the being, we will miss what the Spirit is saying to the church.
I could expound much on the above scriptures and indeed there has already been much teaching done that is available to those that are interested. But I am believing that as your read these scriptures anew, you will begin and/or continue to receive revealed knowledge from the Spirit of God concerning the time in which we live.
Certainly we live in the most exciting time in all of history so far, and certainly we were born for such a time as this. Glory to God!

JANUARY 1, 2010
I have been preparing you for fullness, says the Lord. I have been preparing you for a place you have not walked before; for a place my church has not walked before. This is the day of fullness and this is the day when you will come to understand what it is I have called you to and prepared you for.
Until now you have only had a glimpse. Until now you have only seen in part and you have only understood in part.
My servant and apostle, the great and notorious Paul of Tarsus, prayed this for the church at Ephesus many years ago in the first day of the church.
For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, that he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man; that Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; and to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God. Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.
Ephesians 3:14-21
Paul and the Ephesians went to their graves without seeing the full manifestation of this prayer. But as you know, no prayer prayed in faith by a saint of God falls to the ground. The fulfillment, the manifestation of this prayer is yet to be realized by the church. It will be revealed and known in this, the third day of the church. Fullness is on the horizon. Fullness is your destiny. I will bring it to pass. Is this not what I have been preparing you for?
You are about to experience that which is above all you can ask or think (Ephesians 3:20 above). You are about to see as you are seen. You are about to know as you are known (1 Corinthians 13:12).
Even though you have been tested, even though you have been tried, even though my Word has at times appeared to not be working in your lives; know this: my Word never fails.
I have been bringing you to the place of total surrender and total trust. This is not a place of passivity but a place of active aggression; totally and completely submitted to your Head but actively walking in all the power and authority I have given you. You are overcomers and conquerors and there is a Kingdom to be established.
All creation is crying out for the manifestation of the sons and God (Romans 8:19). Is this any less than what I have been preparing you for? Is this any less than your destination? Is not the fullness of the Godhead bodily dwelling within you and are you not complete in him (Colossians 2:9-10)?
Yes, the fullness of the Godhead dwells in you because Christ dwells in you. Christ in you the hope of glory becoming the manifestation of glory (Colossians 1:27), changing you into his likeness, possessing his character; causing you to ride upon the high places of the earth (Isaiah 58:14), taking you continuously and perpetually from glory to glory (2 Corinthians 3:18).
I have decreed it; I have declared it from before the foundation of the world and I will bring it to pass. Rest and know; I will bring it to pass.
